Dominic Williams FNAEA MARLA - Director
Dominic has been an estate agent in the Swanley area for the last 26 years having previously been the director of another local agent up until january 2001, when he acquired Brookbanks. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the property market and is a fellow of the national association of estate agents.

Colin Whitebread - Lettings Manager
Colin, a committed & enthusiastic professional, runs our residential lettings and property management department and has been in the residential lettings business for 15 years. This enthusiasm and his communication skills have contributed towards building his reputation for delivering an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants alike. Having started his career in residential sales, this gives him the ability to understand the market in greater detail.

Richard Holland - Sales Manager
Richard has been an estate agent for over 30 years and has a natural ability at bringing together buyers and sellers of all types of residential property. When providing sellers with our free valuation service, he knows precisely who will want to view the property from our list of quality buyers.

Jenny Searle - Lettings administrator
Jenny has worked for Brookbanks for the last 20 years and is our lettings and property management administrator. She deals with everything form tenancy extensions & renewals to serving of notices, arranging inspections etc. Having lived locally for many years and has a wealth of customer services, sales & lettings experience.
Becky Townsend - Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Becky is an experienced estate agent. She works hard for our clients finding the right buyers and tenants for their properties.
