We have provided a number as below, for whom we regularly use for you to call in the event of an ‘out of hours’ emergency.
What is an emergency?
An emergency is classified as one of the following:-
* Failure of gas, electricity or water supply
* Boiler or heating system breakdown during cold weather
* Burst water pipe
* Serious roof leak
* Storm or fire damage
All general maintenance should be reported to our property manager during business hours. Only in the event that an emergency occurs outside business hours should you call the contractors provided below.
Where a contractor is called out for an issue that is not property specific in cases where neighbouring properties or areas are affected or not deemed to be an emergency repair or the landlord is not liable for the cause of the fault, you may be required to reimburse the cost.
Please ensure that you know your landlord specific contractors and where to shut off the mains supply of gas, electricity and water to the property and have contact details for emergency services provided by your utility suppliers.
